Ball Tip Roasts Delivery or Pickup

There are two main reasons for resting meat before carving.

To rest your ball tip roast, transfer it to a cutting board and tent it with aluminum foil to keep it warm. Allow your roast to rest for 15 to 20 minutes before carving.

When carving a ball tip roast, always use a sharp carving knife. Use the back of a meat fork or a pair of tongs to hold the roast as you carve it. Don't pierce the meat while you carve, as this will cause the juices to run out on your carving board.
