Directions for Preparation and Use: The health of your infant depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use: Do not exceed recommended water to powder ration unless specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm. Fill powder to top of enclosed scoop (1 scoop = 8.8 g). One can makes about 140 fl oz (4,140 ml). Feeding Guide: To Make (Approx.) (Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 2 fl oz bottle; 2 fl oz (60 ml) water; 1 scoop (8.8 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop). To Make (Approx.) (Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 4 fl oz bottle; 4 fl oz (120 ml) water; 2 scoops (17.6 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop). To Make (Approx.)
