While many things have changed since then, Korbel Sec has stayed true to the original style. This California champagne is known for being softer, with a long-lingering fruit flavor on the palate.

The grapes are harvested early in the season at relatively low sugar levels. Our goal is to capture the delicate fruit flavors while maintaining a pleasant lightness in this champagne.

All Korbel California champagnes are made according to the traditional méthode Champenoise, in which the champagne is fermented inside the same bottle from which it is served.

Directions

During a meal, try Sec champagne with a charcuterie of artisan cheeses or a salad containing fresh fruit. Sec also pairs well with many desserts including custards, fruit tarts, sorbets and light cakes.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
