Take only as directed - see overdose warning. Remove spoon from protective wrapper. Peel back lid completely from spoon. Stir spoon in 4 to 8 ounces of hot or cold beverage (tea, juice, soda). Mix for 30 seconds or until uniform. Lick remaining medicine off spoon. Use caution when placing spoon in mouth. Discard protective wrapper, lid and spoon. Adults and Children 12 Years and Older: Take one dose (or spoon) every four hours as needed. Do no exceed 6 doses in any 24 hour period. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Consult a doctor.
