Adults & Children 6 Years & Older (with adult supervision): 1. Remove cap. 2. Hold bottle with thumb at bottom and nozzle between fingers. 3. Before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times. 4. Insert nozzle into nostril. Without tilting your head, quickly and firmly depress rim, applying 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril. For best results, wipe/clean nozzle tip after each application. Do not use more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Children 2 to Under 6 Years: Ask a doctor.
