Follow your practitioner's instructions for proper care of lenses. Reminder: Protect your eye health by changing your contact lens case monthly. Lens cases can easily grow bacteria and fungi, which are bad for the health of your eyes. One of your best lines of defense is to replace your lens case every month. Wash lens case wit hot water before use. Do not use any soaps, detergents, or other chemicals. After washing, rinse thoroughly with sterile disinfecting solution. When storing soft hydrophilic lenses, be sure to replace solution daily. Always clean your lenses as instructed by your eye care professional. Directions for Cold Chemical Disinfection: 1) Fill right lens well 2/3 full with fresh Sterile Disinfecting Solution, immerse right lens, and screw cap on tight. 2) Repeat same procedure with left lens well and lens. 3) Wait the appropriate time, as recommended for the solution used, before removing lenses from the case. 4) Before wearing, rinse each lens thoroughly in Sterile Solution as recommended for use with your lenses.
