Prime® 50/50 Pre-Diluted Antifreeze/Coolant Conventional Green Low Silicate Formulation is an easy, ready-to-use formula which meets or exceeds ASTM requirements for use in cars, light duty and heavy duty trucks. This pre-mixed Conventional Green product contains demineralized water to prevent hard water deposits and scale build-up that can occur with the use of ordinary tap water. Prime® 50/50 Pre-Diluted Conventional Green Antifreeze/Coolant can be use to top off product in both automotive and heavy duty vehicles. It protects all metals including aluminum and will not harm rubber parts.

Recommended for all automobiles as well as light and heavy duty vehicles, farm, off-highway and marine engines when combined with supplemental coolant additives (SCA), see owner's manuals. Meets or exceed automotive and heavy duty fleet performance requirements for ASTM D-3306, ASTM D-4985.

Directions

Do not add water. Whether topping off or draining and filling, just follow the simple step(s) below once a year to give your car complete cooling system protection. Caution: Do not remove radiator cap when engine is hot. Important Safety Information: Antifreeze/coolant is poisonous. Clean up any leaks or spills immediately. Tighten the child resistant cap and store antifreeze away from children and animals. Do not store antifreeze in open or unlabeled containers. Wash exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after use.

To Top Off. Remove the coolant recovery tank cap and fill to the full cold mark. Also add to radiator to within 1 inch of radiator neck. Replace recovery and radiator caps securely. If coolant recovery tank level is consistently low, have the cooling system checked for leaks.

To Drain & Fill. 50/50 product is not designed to be used for flush an fill. Prime® Antifreeze/Coolant concentrate needs to be used for this application. 1. Drain. Draining removes loose rust and sediment from the radiator. Drain cooling system following owner's manual. 2. Fill. Install Prime® 50/50 Pre-Diluted Antifreeze/Coolant Conventional Green Low Silicate Formulation. Run engine to normal operating temperature with heater on high. Shut off engine. Allow to cool. Check coolant level. Add Prime® 50/50 Pre-Diluted Antifreeze/Coolant Conventional Green Low Silicate Formulation as necessary. Remove old coolant from recovery tanks and fill with Prime® 50/50 Pre-Diluted Antifreeze/Coolant Conventional Green Low Silicate Formulation. Whether topping off or draining and filling, be sure to periodically test the freeze-up/boilover protection of your antifreeze/coolant using a quality hydrometer or coolant test strip. Add original concentrated Prime® Antifreeze/Coolant Conventional Green Low Silicate Formulation or water if below/above desired temperature protection range.

For Heavy Duty Vehicles Only (not required for cars or light duty trucks). You may add precharge supplemental coolant additive based on treat rates recommended by engine manufacturer (see owner's manual). Do not overcharge antifreeze/coolant with supplemental coolant additive (SCA).

When disposing of used antifreeze/coolant: Follow local laws and regulations. If required, dispose at facilities licensed to accept household hazardous waste. If permitted, dispose in sanitary sewer systems. Do not discard into storm sewers, septic systems or onto the ground.
