Microwave: Cooking directions: To steam in the microwave: Pierce or make a few holes in the front of the bag. This will allow steam to vent. Place bag front side up, directly in center of microwave. Microwave on high for approximately 2-3 minutes, important Let bag cool in microwave for 1 minute before removing. Holding corners, carefully remove bag from microwave to avoid any contact with escaping steam. Microwavable. Steam: To steam on the stovetop: Remove spinach from bag. Fill large saucepan with 1/4 water. Add spinach, cover and cook on high until spinach starts to wilt; about 3 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Note: Heating time may vary due to different microwave ovens.
