Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Fry: To Fry: Place bacon in unheated skillet. Cook over medium low heat. Turn frequently until achieving desired crispness. You will notice less shrinkage than with other brands. Microwave: To Microwave: (based on a 1000 watt microwave) place bacon slices side by side between layers of paper toweling on microwave-able plate. Cook on HIGH for the following approximate times: 2 slices 2 min. 4 slices 4 min. 6 slices 6 min. Bake: Rimmed baking sheet. Parchment paper. 1 package Nueske's Smoked Bacon. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Line the sheet pan with parchment paper. Place bacon strips closely together on parchment paper. Do not overlap slices. For thick-sliced bacon bake 20 minutes and for thin-sliced bacon bake for 15minutes or until golden brown. (Convection oven baking may reduce cooking time.)
