Directions
Prep time: 15 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Refrigerate: 15 minutes. Makes 6 (2 fajita) servings. Shopping List: 1 pkg. Recipe & Seasoning mix, divided, 1 cup sour cream, 2 Tbsp. lime juice, 2 Tbsp. oil, 2 Tbsp. water, 1 lb. New York strip or sirloin steak, cut into thin strips, 2 medium assorted colors bell peppers, cut into thin strips, 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced, 12 flour tortillas (6-inch). Mix 1 tsp. of the Seasoning Mix and sour cream in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix remaining Seasoning Mix, lime juice, oil and water in small bowl until well blended. Place beef in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef and marinade; cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef is desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Add bell peppers and onions to skillet; cook and stir until heated through. Serve beef mixture in warm tortillas. Top with sour cream mixture and desired topping.
