Prep Time: 5 minutes. Marinate: 15 minutes. Makes 1/2 cup marinade. You Will Need 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix 3 lbs. meat, such as beef, pork or lamb 1/4 cup oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. water Directions 1. Pierce less tender cuts of meat, such as chuck, round, flank or skirt, with a fork. Do not pierce more tender cuts, such as sirloin, top loin, tenderloin, rib or rib-eye. 2. Mix Seasoning Mix, oil, vinegar and water in glass dish. Add meat; turn to coat well. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill, broil or roast until meat is cooked through or until desired doneness.
