Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Cooking Directions: Important! Always prepare meat from a thawed state conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Remove pork from package and place on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 155 degree-160 degree F (medium), approximately 45 minutes. Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (350 degree F). Remove pork from package and place directly on the grate of the grill. Grill pork to a minimum internal temperature of 155 degree – 160 degree F (medium). Turning occasionally. Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Ovens and grills will vary.
