These frozen vegetables are certified organic soybeans in the pod with a light sprinkling of sea salt. You can use shelled edamame in salads, stir fries, casseroles and more. Simply boil the frozen edamame on the stovetop for 6-8 minutes, drain and remove the edamame from the pods before enjoying. You can also microwave your edamame in a microwave-safe dish according to the instructions on the packaging.

(To serve cold, rinse with cold water; drain.) Do not consumer pods; remove edamame from pods before eating. Microwave directions: Add edamame pods to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover, microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully, stir well. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water, drain.)
