5 min. pudding directions:
2 cups cold milk.
beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. pudding will be soft-set in 5 min. makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings. refrigerate any leftovers.
note: pudding will not set if made with soy milk.
classic pudding pie:
makes 8 servings.
prepare pudding as directed on package, reducing milk to 1-3/4 cups. (for fuller pie, use 2 pkg. pudding mix and 2-3/4 cups milk.).
pour into 9-inch ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust.
refrigerate 1 hour (or 3 hours for fuller pie) or until firm. top each serving with 2 tbsp. thawed cool whip whipped topping, if desired. refrigerate any leftovers.
