Directions
Keep frozen. Preparation: All instructions are to cook from frozen - do not thaw. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Carefully remove roast from plastic, place in large casserole dish and cover with lid or tin foil. Cook for 60 minutes until roast is hot throughout. Remove from oven and transfer to serving platter. Slice and serve with hot gravy. Stove Top: Bring large pot of water to a boil. Carefully place packaged roast into water. Cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes. Remove from pot, carefully open package and transfer to serving platter. Slice and serve with hot gravy. Microwave: Create steam vent by making a small hole in plastic packaging, then heat in microwave on high for 15 minutes. Carefully remove roast from plastic casing and transfer to serving platter. Slice and serve with gravy. Gravy: Put both packs in bowl of hot water for 10 minutes to thaw. Open and pour into microwave-safe dish. Heat in microwave for 2-1/2 minutes. Stir and cook for 1 more minute. Or heat gravy in saucepan on medium heat until hot.
