The almonds used to make Califia Farms Almondmilk hail almost entirely from one family farm that’s been growing almonds in California for three generations. Since the nuts are properly soaked before careful grinding — enabling them to fully release their milky goodness — it has a smooth, creamy texture and a more subtle almond flavor.
