Chinese legend says that potstickers were created by mistake when the emperor's chef left a pot of dumplings on the stove for too long, causing the bottoms to crisp. Fortunately, these crispy dumplings were a hit with the Chinese Imperial Court, and so this delicious dish was born. Many generations and cultures have since added their own unique twist to these plump, crescent-shaped delights. Known in Japan as gyoza and in Korea as mandu, all potstickers are deliciously crispy on one side and delectably tender on the other. Annie Chun's Organic Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers are perfect for an appetizer, snack or side dish and are excellent on their own with a side of tangy soy-vinegar dipping sauce. Either way, we know you will love this legendary culinary mistake. We constantly seek the best ingredients which is why we've partnered with CJ, a world-class food company with expertise in Asian foods. With CJ, we bring you authentic flavors and the finest ingredients so that you know you are giving your family the best. Product of USA. Made in the USA.
