Rice bran is the outside layer of the rice kernel which contains the bran, and part of the rice germ. It is the part of the rice kernel that is removed to make white rice. Rice bran is high in natural dietary fiber and contains many of the nutrients not found in white rice. Use Ener-G Rice Bran as an extender and to increase the fiber in hamburgers, and casseroles, etc. Add to soups, stew, and other combinations of cooked meat and vegetables and breads.

Rice Bran Hot or Cold Cereal: Ener-G Rice Bran is delicious just as it comes from the package. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon - 2 tablespoon as required onto hot or cold cereal to increase fiber. Refrigerate after opening.

The pack may contain an oxygen absorber sachet to increase shelf life. After opening the pack throw away the absorber sachet, Do not eat the contents of the sachet. Keep out of reach of children.
