Arrowhead Mills® quinoa Rice & Shine® - 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup - 1 cup.
Water - 1 cup - 2 cups - 4 cups.
Hain® salt (optional) - dash - dash - 1/4 tsp.
Heating times per serving:
In a microwave safe bowl - 1 minute - 3 minutes - not recommended.
Cover lightly and microwave on high for - stir well - stir well - not recommended.
Recover and microwave on high for - 35 seconds - 45 seconds - not recommended.
Let sit covered for - 1-2 minutes - 1-2 minutes - not recommended.
Stir and enjoy.
1. In a sauce pan bring water to a boil. Add grains and stir.
2. Reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Store in a cool dry place.
