RECIPE: Poultry Gravy Mix
Mix Poultry Gravy Mix and water in saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
For richer creamier gravy, substitute ¼ of the water with whole milk. Prepare as directed. For roasted chicken flavor, add 2 tbsp. pan drippings for each cup of prepared gravy. For Herb Poultry Gravy, add ¼ tsp. each Thyme Leaves and Rubbed Sage for each quart of prepared gravy.
*Except those naturally occurring glutamates.
