Bluebird Potlatch Pilaf takes the rich, nutty flavor of our emmer farro and pairs it with the earthiness of wild rice. Bluebird Emmer Farro is organically grown and milled on our farm in the eastern foothills of the North Cascades. Organic Emmer Wheat(triticum Dicoccum ), Organic Wild Rice
Directions
Stovetop Cooking Directions: Saute 1 cup pilaf in 1 tablespoon olive oil until blended. Add 2-1/4 cups water or broth. Cover and simmer on low for 35-40 minutes. Turn off heat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm. One cup makes 3-4 servings. Serve Hot! Toss with fresh parsley, toasted nuts and sea salt. Or combine fresh herbs, bread crumbs & cheese and use it as a stuffing. Serve Cold! Cool pilaf and make a salad with onions, cranberries, toasted pecans, parsley & toss with olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, honey and garlic. Store this product in a dry, cool environment in a sealed container.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
