Cheddar Cheese Powder [Cheddar Cheese (Milk Ingredients, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Rennet and/or Pepsin and/or Microbial Enzyme), Modified Milk Ingredients, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Lactic Acid], Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Garlic), Spices, Natural Liquid Smoke.
Serve in one of our dip bakers. Cheddar & Bacon Baked Dip: Makes 600 ml (2.5 cups). Pouch of cheddar & bacon dip mix, 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise, 250 ml (8.8 oz) container sour cream, 45 ml (3 Tbsp.) finely grated Cheddar cheese, 125 g (4 oz) cream cheese, cut into small cubes & softened. Put aside 30 ml (2 Tbsp) of the cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C. Combine all ingredients (except for the 2 Tbsp of cheddar cheese you have set aside) in a bowl. Transfer to a Gourmet du Village dip baker (or other oven proof dish). Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Remove from the oven and sprinkle top with the 30 ml (2 Tbsp) cheddar cheese. Place under hot broiler for about 1 minute or until top becomes golden brown. Watch carefully so as not to let it burn. Serve with toasted baguette slices or rice crackers. Be careful, dip and dish will be very hot when removed from oven.
