Serve in our electric dip warmer. Hot Carmelised Onion Dip Mix: Makes about 750 ml (3 cups). 375 g/12 oz (1.5 cups) softened cream cheese, Contents of packet of Hot Caramelized Onion Dip Mix, 250 ml (8.8 oz/1 cup) sour cream, 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise, 90 ml (1/3 cup) grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese, 60 ml (1/4 cup) sliced mushrooms, 15 ml (1 tbsp) grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle top with the 15 ml (1 tbsp) grated cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Caution: Very hot when removed from oven. Serve with your favorite veggies or slices of french bagette bread. For a dip with low fat content, substitute light sour cream, natural yogourt or light mayonnaise.
