Serve this fruit-forward dry red wine for formal or casual occasions. It pairs well with mushroom risotto, herbed lamp chops and roast turkey. During the wine making process, winemakers cold-ferment the juice in stainless steel tanks and briefly age the wine to preserve the aromas and flavors. This bottled wine has 13.3% alcohol by volume.
