Directions
What you need:
Hot & spicy fried rice.
1/3 cup 1/4inch diced, cooked chicken, beef, pork or fish if desired.
2 tbsp oil.
3 cups cooked, cold rice.
3 green onions, sliced.
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
2 eggs, Beaten.
Preparations:
1. In large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice, green onions, and red bell pepper.
2. Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute.
Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, stir into rice.
4. Add chicken, beef, pork or fish if desired.
Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
