Boil: Let's Get Cooking: (1) Add pasta to 8 cups of boiling water and stir immediately. (2) Cook uncovered for 6-9 minutes or until desired firmness is reached. Begin tasting at 5 minutes and stir occasionally. Do not overcook. (3) Drain and rinse pasta in hot water and serve. Note: Water will turn yellow from the corn starches. This is normal.
