Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook from frozen. Always check fish for bones and cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen fish on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes, turn over, and continue baking 7-8 more minutes (ovens vary; adjust time as needed) until golden brown and 145 degrees F. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen fish on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 6-7 more minutes, turn over, and continue baking 6-7 minutes (ovens vary; adjust time as needed) until golden brown and 145 degrees F. Deep-Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen fish in oil 3-4 minutes until golden brown and 145 degrees F.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
