Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer prior to eating. Prepare from frozen state. Do not refreeze. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Remove bowl from box. 2. Leave film intact - do not puncture or remove before cooking. 3. Microwave on high (100% power) for 5 minutes. 4. Let product stand in microwave for 1 minute. 5. Carefully remove bowl from microwave and remove film. 6. Stir again before eating, if desired. Enjoy! Conventional Oven (Do not use a toaster oven): 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not exceed 350 degrees F. 2. Remove bowl from box. 3. Leave film intact - do not puncture or remove before cooking. 4. Place bowl on baking sheet on center oven rack and cook for 30 minutes. 5. Carefully remove tray from even and let product stand 1 minute. 6. Remove film and stir before eating, if desired. Enjoy!
