Chow Mein Noodles: Wheat Flour, Salt. Seasoning: Sugar, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Anchovy Extract Powder (Fish, Shrimp, Maltodextrin, Salt), Tomato, Caramel, Cheese Powder, Silicon Dioxide (Added to Prevent Caking), Lactic Acid, Chili. Seasoning Oil: Sesame Oil, Garlic Flavor.
Directions
Suggested Recipe: 5 oz beef, chicken, pork or seafood, thinly sliced or 5 oz firm tofu, cubed. 1-1/2 cup sliced fresh or frozen vegetables (try broccoli, carrots, celery, mushrooms or snow peas). Cooking Time: 10 minutes. 1. In a large sauce pan, add 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. 2. Remove noodles from wrapper and add to boiling water. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until soft and tender. Do not overcook. 3. Drain noodles thoroughly and rinse under cold water. Set aside. 4. In a wok or frying pan, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat. 5. Add meat, vegetables and half of seasoning pack and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Stir frequently until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender-crisp. 6. Add remaining contents of seasoning pack to pan along with cooked noodles and 1 tbsp water. 7. Stir-fry for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until noodles are coated with seasoning and all ingredients are well mixed. 8. Open enclosed sesame oil pack and drizzle on top of noodles. Enjoy!
