Our Recipe for Lemon Bars: This box contains Shortbread Crust Mix & Lemon Filling Mix. You’ll Need: Crust: 1 stick (8 tablespoons) batter, softened. Filling: 3 large eggs; 1/2 cup of water. Bakes 16 bars. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 8 inches square pan. 2. Blend butter and crust mix until thoroughly combined, and large crumbs form. Press crumbs into bottom of pan and 1/2 inches up sides of pan. 3. Bake crust to a medium golden brown, about 20-26 minutes. 4. Whisk together lemon filling mix, eggs, and water until well combined. Pour over hot, baked crust.
