How to Use: 1. Remove food from oven, turn on the digital display by pressing the ON/OFF button. Press F/C to select unit of measure. Insert thermometer in the thickest part of the meat, immersing the steam at least 1 inch, but not in contact with tone, fat or gristle and wait for the temperature to stabilize. 2. The Hold function allows internal temperature readings to be LOCKED on the display after the thermometer is removed from the food. 3. If additional cooking time is needed, remove the thermometer from the food and return to dish to the oven. 4. The digital display can be powered off or will auto-shut off after a few minutes.

Note: A plastic strip is used to prevent battery drain during shipping. Pull gently to remove before use. Battery Replacement: Using a coin, turn the battery cover counterclockwise to open. Remove battery and replace with a new battery + side up. Replace battery cover. Cleaning and Care: Handwash only. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

When an item you want is out-of-stock at the store, your shopper will follow your replacement preferences.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
