Microwave OvenRefrigerated: Place in 1000 Watt Microwave and cook fully defrosted product on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Cool 2 minutes and serve.Frozen: Place in 1000 Watt Microwave. Defrost for 5 minutes. Cook on high for 45 seconds. Cool 1 minute and serve.
