Directions
Overnight thawing: remove from packaging. Place frozen fillet and plank in shallow pan or tray. Cover with plastic wrap and thaw in refrigerator (at or below 38 degrees F) 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Quick thawing: remove from packaging. Place frozen fillet and plank in a sealed bag in a bowl of cold water for approximately 30 minutes. Cook as desired.
Oven instructions: place plank with fish on baking tray or aluminum foil in oven at 400 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
Grilling instructions: place plank with fish on grill over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
Keep a spray bottle of water available for any flare-ups.
Keep frozen.
Do not thaw and refreeze.
Cook and consume within 24 hours of thawing.
