The above nutrition facts are for the product as consumed, one cooked patty, and are based on the following cooking instructions: place frozen patty on a 350 degrees F grill or frying pan for about 9 minutes per side for a total of 18 minutes. Beef patties should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71.1 degrees C).
Skillet fry: Place frozen burgers in uncovered skillet. Fry on medium setting for 9 minutes on each side (18 min. total).*
Oven broiler: Preheat broiler for 4 minutes. Place frozen burgers on broiler rack, or pan on oven rack in broiler. Broil for 6 minutes on each side (12 min. total).*
Charcoal grill: Cook frozen burgers on grill approximately 1-1/2" to 2" over hot coals. Grill for approx. 9 minutes on each side (18 min. total).*
