Cooking Instructions: Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark nonstick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Place in oven and bake for 12 minutes. Turn fries and continue baking for 9-13 minutes, or to a light golden color. Deep fryer (It is recommended when using this cooking method to use a non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Place frozen fries in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry for 2 - 2-1/2 minutes, or to a light golden color. Remove and spread on absorbent paper. Electric Skillet (It is recommended when using this cooking method to use a non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat 3 tablespoons oil to medium heat (350 degrees F) in electric skillet. Carefully spread frozen fries in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute the oil on fries. Cover with lid and cook 10 - 12 minutes, or to a light golden color. Stir frequently for uniform cooking. Remove and spread on absorbent paper. Note: Cook to desired golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of cooking. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. Keep frozen.
