Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders.
Keep frozen. Directions†: Cooking Options: Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place thawed tenders on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F at center of tender. Grill: Preheat grill. Grill thawed tenders on medium to medium high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F at center of tender. Skillet: Coat skillet lightly with cooking spray or oil. Heat pan on medium to high heat. Add thawed tenders to pan and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat, cover and cook an additional 10-12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F at center of tender. Appliances vary; cooking times are approximate. Preparation tip: For best results, when breading or marinating individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm water for about 1 minute. Uncooked: For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer. †Cooking directions are from thawed state. Thaw in refrigerator.
