(Optional: lightly season with salt and pepper). Close lid and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Baste Chicken: Flip chicken over, baste cooked side with half of sauce, and let cook for additional 2 minutes with lid closed. Flip chicken again, baste with remaining sauce, and let cook for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked through (Verify with thermometer cooked dish's internal temperature is at least 165 degrees F). Stove Top: 1. Get Ready: Heat large skillet over medium-high for 2 minutes and add 1-2 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil. 2. Cook Chicken: Add chicken to skillet.
