Makes 6 lava cakes.
Tear. Pour. Bake 10 min.
Liquid batter.
Per 1/6 package:
400 calories.
4g sat fat, 20% DV.
240mg sodium, 10% DV.
27g sugars.
Sugar, Canola Oil, Whole Eggs, Chocolate Powder (sugar, Cocoa Mass), Wheat Flour, Water, Glycerol And Xanthan Gum (stabilizers), Cocoa Powder, Diphosphates And Sodium Carbonate (raising Agents), Wheat Starch, Potassium Sorbate (preservative), Salt.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Empty the contents of the packet into 6 lightly greased individual cupcake tins. Fill batter up to the rim. If using a 12 tin cupcake pan, spread out the lava cakes into every other tin to help circulate the air.
Bake: Bake in a conventional oven for 8-10 minutes. Check to see if the cakes are cooked by inserting a toothpick into the edge of the cakes - it should come out clean. Next, insert the toothpick into the center of one of the cakes - it should retain some of the batter.
Cool: Remove the cakes from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Enjoy while still warm.
Storage directions: Store package at room temperature in a dry place. Do not refrigerate.
