Keep refrigerated at or below 45 degrees F. Extended Freshness: Keep eggs in the main section of the refrigerator at a temperature between 33 degrees F and 40 degrees F- eggs accidentally left at room temperature should be discarded after 2 hours, or 1 hour in warm weather.
