Cooking Directions: Microwave: 1. Crumble 1 pound ground beef into a 2 quart microwavable casserole dish. Microwave uncovered on high 3-5 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed), breaking up beef after 3 minutes, until brown; drain. 2. Stir in sauce mix, 3/4 cups hot water, 2-1/4 cup 2% milk, and uncooked pasta. 3. Microwave uncovered on high 12-18 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed), stirring every 6 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken). Dish will be hot. Stove top: 1. Brown 1 pound lean ground beef in 10 inch skillet. Drain. 2. Stir in 1/2 cups hot water, 2-1/4 cup 2% milk, sauce mix, and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. 4 Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Refrigerate leftovers.
