Instructions to Cook: 2 lb for 20 servings. Soak rice for 25-30 minutes. Electric Rice Cooker: Take 1-1/2 units of water for 1 unit of rice. Place the soaked rice in a cooker. Add the measure water. Switch on the cooker. The cooker will automatically switch from cook to keep warm mode. Allow the rice to steam at the keep warm position for 10-15 minutes before serving. Covered Pan: Bring 1 cup rice and 2 cups water to boil, stirring occasionally. Lower heat, cover and simmer 12-14 minutes. Remove from heat and stand covered, 6-12 minutes before serving. Microwave: Place 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a microwavable container loosely. Cook on medium high in microwave for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Fluff with a fork. Store in a cool dry place.
