Sugar, Confectioner's Sugar (sucrose, Cornstarch, Wheat Flour, Natural Cocoa Powder, Candy Cane Flakes (rice Syrup, Cane Sugar, Coconut Oil, Peppermint Oil, Beet Juice Concentrate, Soy Lecithin), Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Cocoa Powder (processed With Alkali), Untreated Sea Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate.
Directions
Box includes 1-packet of each:
Chocolate brownie mix, peppermint frosting mix & candy cane flakes.
Preparation instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt 6 tbsp. of butter and allow to cool.
Grease the bottom and sides of an 8" x 8" square baking pan.
Beat 2 eggs with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in peppermint chocolate brownie mix. Stir just to moisten and add cooled butter. Beat on low speed until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 28-32 minutes. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Frosting:
Will need 6 tbsp. of softened butter.
Add contents of the peppermint frosting mix packet to a mixing bowl. Add butter.
Beat on high speed until smooth and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. If frosting is too dry, add a few teaspoons of milk.
Frost the top of the cooled brownies and sprinkle contents of candy cane flakes packet on top.
Do not consume raw batter.
