1. In microwave-safe bowl, combine desired amount of florets and 1/4 cup water.
2. Loosely cover and microwave on high for 5-8 minutes, depending on desired crispness. (To ensure even cooking, rotate bowl halfway through cooking time.)
3. Drain, serve and enjoy.
Because microwaves vary, cook times are approximate.
