Gluten Free Flour (Premium Cassava Flour, Unmodified Potato Starch, Organic Coconut Flour, Xanthan Gum (Emulsifier)), Pure Cane Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg.
You Will Need: 2 large eggs; 1 cup canned pumpkin puree; 1/3 cup water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and/or chocolate chips (optional). 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8 or 9 inch loaf pan. If using a disposable aluminum pan, divide the batter in two. 2. In a large bowl, beat pumpkin bread mix, oil, water, eggs and pumpkin puree, until thoroughly combined. If desired, stir in chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts. Pour into pan. 3. Bake 60-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. If using two disposable aluminum pans, bake 45-55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then cool completely on wire rack before serving.
