Best if kept in cool, dry area. To Roast: Coat seeds with melted butter, salt to taste. Spread in single layer on baking sheet Bake at 300 degrees F for 35-45 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Variations: Use garlic salt, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, taco seasoning, or cinnamon sugar in place of the salt.
