Store in a dry, cool place.
2 Cups stock or water.
1 Tbsp Olive oil.
Cook time: About 20 minutes.
Combine Lowcountry Red Rice with liquid and olive oil in 2-quart pot.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered, before serving.
Serve alongside grilled or barbecued meats and seafood.
