After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. One of Amy's most popular pizzas is our pesto pizza, made with Amy's homemade pesto, garden-fresh organic tomato slices, organic broccoli florets and part-skim mozzarella cheese. Directions
Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Conventional oven. This pizza's crust is pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove pizza from overwrap and place directly on the oven rack. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust just starts to brown and cheese is melted. Rotate pizza 1/2 turn with oven-safe utensil halfway through baking. If a softer crust is desired, place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute before serving. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
