Healthy Upgrade: The easy, cheesy, oh-so-delicious meal you grew up with just got better. Banza plant-based mac is a high protein, lower carb, gluten free alternative to traditional mac. Our plant-based mac uses our chickpea pasta shells and adds a creamy, dairy-free, vegan cheese sauce crafted from nutritious ingredients. Every serving contains over 50% more protein than traditional mac, as well as nearly 3X the fiber, and 30% fewer net carbs.
Plant-Based Protein: At long last, a great Mac & Cheese for everyone! We gave this fan-favorite the upgrade it deserves with a rich, cheesy, and dairy-free sauce made from sweet potatoes, nutritional yeast, pumpkin powder, and more. Combined with our chickpea pasta, that means over 14G of protein per serving all packed with the power of plants. That's three good reasons (and counting) to treat yourself to a big bowl o' mac.
Great Taste: Picky eaters? No problem! Banza plant-based mac uses our chickpea pasta which looks, cooks, and tastes more like traditional pasta than other alternative pastas, including lentil pasta, quinoa pasta, black bean pasta, and whole wheat pasta. We’ve combined our classic chickpea shells and creamy, delicious vegan cheese to make a healthy, plant-based meal for the whole family. For the creamiest, dreamiest taste we suggest using Ripple pea milk and Miyoko’s vegan butter.
Gluten Free: Banza plant-based mac is also gluten free, low glycemic, and high fiber. If you’re searching for an easy family meal, our plant-based mac and cheese with chickpea pasta is the mac for you!
