Details

Queen of soul food. Triple delicious. Great side dish, soup mix, or over rice! Heart healthy. No cholesterol. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce your risk of heart disease, a disease associated with many factors. When I was growing up in Hemingway, S.C., there was always plenty of okra growing in our garden, ready to cut. You can pick okra every other day, that's how fast it grows. Small, young okra pods, not much longer than your middle finger, are the best for cooking. My mother had me helping her in the kitchen at a very early age. She taught me to cook okra with tomatoes and corn because they go together so well - like they were made for each other. I use this as a base for soups and stews, but my family loves it as a side dish. - Love, Sylvia. Already cooked. Heat and eat.

Ingredients

Tomatoes, Water, Okra, Corn, Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Citric Acid And Calcium Chloride.

Directions

Stovetop Heating: Empty contents into medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Stir and reduce heat. Simmer until ready to eat. Microwave Heating: Empty contents into microwave-safe dish, cover and warm for two minutes. Serves four.

Warnings

Allergen: may contain: peanuts.

- Delivery fees start at $3.99 for same-day orders over $35. Fees vary for one-hour deliveries, club store deliveries, and deliveries under $35.
- Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee.
- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
