Zucchini, Cooked Brown Rice, Carrots, Water, Peas, Cooked Red Rice, Cooked Red Quinoa, Heavy Cream (cream, Carrageenan), Parmesan Cheese (milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Contains Less Than 2% Of: Basil, Corn Starch, Garlic, Green Onions, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Onion Powder, Salt, Spice.


Directions

Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top - Skillet: Recommended method. Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil/butter to a non-stick skillet. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook covered over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave in Bag: Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. Microwave on high 5 1/2 - 6 minutes (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary.
